This housing association is an absolute disgrace. Their lack of disorganisation and communication, how they treat their staff, the work they ‘correct’ is nowhere near the standard you’d expect. Considering my mum is a high priority customer due to ill health she has been made to wait 3+ weeks for a boiler to be fitted after countless repairs (which never worked) - which still hasn’t been done and the communication back and forth is just not on. Home Group vans are creating unwanted problems by parking in front of houses. Even when reported, they do nothing about it. Home Group lacks a sense of social responsibility. I am a victim of Home Group drivers' misbehavior, which happened and is still happening now in Kettering.

What drivers do you employ? Can they drive? Because leaving your van 3/4 on the road and 1/4 in a parking bay is a bit of a joke. Even worse that they've done it on one of the busiest residential streets in Peterborough. If they can't parallel park a van they shouldn't be driving one - having had 10 years experience driving 3.5t down to postal vans I can tell you it isn't hard. DV72FGF is an embarrassment to van drivers!!
