I have been a tenant with homegroup for over 10 yrs and in my opinion they stand as one of the worst housing associations in the UK, there are plenty of testimonials on social media to verify this too.. I have raised several complaints over the yrs regarding their ground maintenance which is non existent at present, I have a 9ft hedge in front of my house which was pruned in 2014 to 4ft but incurred a cost which wasn't in their budget so all tenants maintenance fees were raised to pay for it... it has, once again been left t... read more
