Booked Vrackie View in Moulin for myself & my mother via Home from home Perthshire. Advised the agent at the time of booking that my mother had poor mobility and was on medical oxygen. Was advised the property was all on one level so would be suitable. Upon arrival we find the property is not as per the photos on their website. The house has been altered.
