I’m literally so disgusted by the way I have was treated. I came in (with my 2 year old son) & really nicely asked if I could sign him up/ register him at the practice. The lady at the reception was not friendly whatsoever & replied to me so rudely and in a tone with “for what?” And told me abruptly that they were not taking on any NHS patients till September. This could have been said a lot nicely & in a friendly way. I then registered at a dentist nearby who treated me so nicely & took me on straight away.
Today - Weds 23rd April 2025. I have finished my treatment & gave a well deserved gift to the Practice. I wouldn't usually give a gift to someone who is just doing their job, but this Practice is so amazing, todays gift is the 3rd one - that's how special they are. Dr. Laddha has gone above & beyond to exceed what i expected. I really cannot express how i feel about the care i have received. I consider myself extremely lucky to be accepted as a Patient. Wonderful service very friendly and helpful staff
Would just like to thank the lovely staff for seeing my daughter as an emergency this morning after she was turned away from A&E and the GP they booked for her at Westcotes who refused to help. Really appreciated you seeing her at such short notice and for the kindness Teri Downes
