Home estate agents were fantastic, definitely recommend them, Wendy and her colleagues helped us to sell our house, through the ups and downs of the sale they were always there to help us, thank you all of you.
I used Home Estate Agents to purchase my first home and found the experience very disappointing. They dismissed several serious issues highlighted in our survey, including missing hip tiles on the roof, and responded to our request for a price reduction with statements like “As your mortgage has valued it at your purchase price in its current condition.” They regularly ignored multiple questions in our emails, choosing to answer only one at a time which delayed progress. We bought our first home through Home Estate Agents (in Stalybridge) and they made the process as easy as possible, organising viewings were simple, communication was great, and they guided us through their respective part of the house sale with great ease. Keys were ready to collect at 10:00 on day of completion! Overall, Home Estate Agents were great and whilst as a Buyer, you don't really get much choice in estate agent, I'd recommend HEA wherever possible.
We completed today and can’t thank Home Estate Agents and Kirkham Legal solicitors enough. Very professional and kept us informed of every step through the selling of our property. Would highly recommend both companies
