Very friendly and reliable Sold the house vert well.
Really unpleasant experience with this company. A property I was renting was put into their hands and they were disorganized, evasive and Steve was straight-up aggressive at times. They messed up the first visit, didn’t communicate with each other or us and then got very defensive when challenged. The first time I met Steve he was scheduled to come and I knew he was coming but he didn’t even ring the bell. We sold our house with HOME in September 2020. Dealt mainly with John at HOME, who did our viewings and was my main point of contact. Steve managed to come out same day, and we were on Rightmove the following day. John was very helpful in guiding us through our offers and offered advice and support all the way through to completion. Appreciate they were very busy all through the COVID pandemic, but still felt like I was never waiting long for someone to get back to me, and when they did always polite, friendly and helpful. Sold my house with Home Estate Agents Stretford in January 21. Put it up in July 20 and got a difficult buyer but always felt Steve and John were chasing up the case for us and gave constant updates. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again
