This surgery has immensely improved from a couple of year ago. With the integration of new systems and easier way to book appointments.
The receptionist is very responsive to my urgent requests and very understanding with my situation. The doctors and nurses are very lovely. They are very professional and patient.
I’ve been with Holmwood for almost a year and no complaints from me! Great reception staff and always ready to help. The Doctors and nurses have been wonderful too.
Doctors are very patient and professional. We got our appointments usually same day or next day. Especially for kids, we never encounter issue to meet a doctor. Receptions are always busy, but they are polite and claim whenever I was in the clinic.
