Sold our house within a few days of going to market ,the whole experience was excellent with good communication through out the process. We had a few Estate Agents in to advise on a sale & Roger Holman was the only one who suggested a sale price rather than asking us our thoughts !. Very professional & would recommend anyone to use as you will get a good old fashioned service with local expertise as well.
I absolutely could not praise Holmans more highly. They were tenacious and dedicated. Claire always had completion in her sights. They were wonderful with viewings and also with vendors. A wonderful team. Moving home is a very unnerving experience which they skilfully managed for both sides
