I used Co-hosts to manage my family home in the Gower, CoHosts bought out my previous agents Holm Hosts who were brilliant. Scam! They will advertise a property but once you get there the property is a disgrace and they will do everything to make fool of you and keep your money.

The worst customer service I have ever had. We stayed in an apartment that was covered in dog hairs. And I mean covered. It was on the bed, in the bed, on the towels, in the baths and all over the floor and sofa. They said they couldn't clean it when we arrived and sent cleaners the next day. They only cleaned the sheets and bath and left hair all over the floors, sofa and towels. They offered us a £30 refund and said that's the best they could do on a £540 stay. I stayed with them for a few months, during that time I received £2000 worth of parking tickets because they failed to put me onto the data base for the parking. I have been chasing them for two months and they are refusing the repay me. Disgusting customer service, I would avoid this place if you don't want to be surpised with a scam worthy amount of parking tickets
