Dreadful. So lax & uncaring. Would not house my dog here
With good and with bad is a nice place.
Seems like a nice place with friendly staff. Bit old school but that is not necessarily a bad thing and it feels safe.
The staff do not know one end of there elbow to another. I know a gentleman who is in there for rest, been in there for 11 days. First it was 11 days isolation and now they have moved it to 14 days, the gentleman is very down as it is and this has now had a bad affect on his mental health. Medication is not given on time, no one checks in on him, just leave him in his room. Disgusting
I think Hollywynd Residential Home is excellent. The staff are great and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they do very good meals three times a day. Hollywynd Residential is very clean, tidy and the lovely atmosphere is wonderful.
