As someone who's been in ltc for 20 years, from direct care to administrative, I think you ALL are despicable. Owner to management, department heads down to regular staff. You all saw this unfold and did NOTHING. You are all inhumane, no matter if you were one of the ones who falsified records or simply sat there like little sheep following orders instead of advocating for those you got paid to care for and watched them dying and suffering. How can you people live with yourselves after causing 10 deaths you should be criminally charged and i will start a petion to that fact. I hope all the families gets justice.
Hope all your staff that's found negligent goes to JAIL but mainly the administrator, you lead by example and if the main person doesn't care probably "some" of their staff didn't. Are you freaking kidding me this tragedy was totally preventable YOU have Memorial hospital literally across from you, you should be shut down and personnel should not be allowed to ever work in the healthcare/medical field ever. My deepest condolences to the families that lost loved ones in this senseless tragedy.
