I love this hotel !!!!! Staff is incredible and the rooms are beautiful
Fun resort, food good, atmosphere beautiful Would recommend! ����
Super friendly staff. Beverage prices we better than we expected. Gift shop is high priced. Family celebration. Had around 40 in our group. Staff kept us together on beach, restaurants, pools, bars,. Super fun time!!
But the bartenders need to use towels to dry their hands instead of their pants
Margaritaville was great !!!!! Issues with wall and shower in bathroom .... other than that everything was fine!!! Great pools
Key west i still the shit espicailly when i worked there

Food and place are nice, but horrible service. I payed attention and all tables around were having a bad service as well.

Food was good, took forever to get it (over and hour). Drinks took forever too, almost impossible to get a refill and when we did we had to beg for it. We had kids in our party as well and they never got a refill. Food came out without proper utensils. Would've expected better for such a hefty price.
