Not worth the amount of money they charge, no incentives at all. Most hotels upgrade you if they have availability, not here they charge you for every last thing you request. I tried eating at the Landshark and returned my meal (buffalo chicken strips), how do you mess that up? It was disgusting. I won't be returning to this hotel, as I am from Miami and usually return to places where there aren't so many restrictions and no perks, sooner or later they will have to lower their rates and train their staff better.

Ambience is stunning. Food sucks. Over time food quality has been deteriorating. We had spinach artichoke dip which was salty. Sangria was watery too much ice. Me Swiss burger was the worst burger ever.

Nice property, poorly managed, overpriced, not really a "resort" experience. More like a nice expensive Florida hotel. Spent almost $500 in one day although the Florida resident room rate was like $245. 2 meals, a few drinks, parking, resort, fee came to about $500 and that was checking in at 4pm and leaving at noon. This place is priced for Jimmy and Warren Buffett but of course didnt see either one of them there, just a bunch of locals sneaking beer and food into the pool area. Hotel was nice, overpriced, and the staff was friendly enough. I recommend all potential guests to check your charges and potential charges before you leave. I booked our week vacation through a third party site and pre paid everything in full except parking fees ($30 per day) and any additional room charges. Seems simple enough but it wasn't. Upon check out, and a remaining balance of almost $600, I was informed the reasoning my balance was that high was for parking, room charges, resort fees, and taxes. When I showed the e... read more

I went to celebrate my cousin's birthday! We loved the scenery. It's a great place to take pictures with your loved ones. They have various entertaining & fun family activities. The restaurant was very nice! The food was fulfilling & delicious! As we were leaving & entered we just had to stop at their gift shop which displayed lovely souvenirs & gifts. It was a nice experience therefore, I will return.... �
