I only ate at the restaurant. The person who greeted us was unfriendly. Our server was mediocre. The food was way overpriced. I got the buttermilk fried chicken, it was over cooked, the green beans were under cooked and had no seasoning at all. I ordered the chocolate banana colada and it was horrible and way over priced. We will not return. Also they charge a public users fee, never seen that before. It's just another way to gouge their customers.

Great location, clean rooms and great staff o e down fall is 30 dollars a day to park if you're staying here for a whole week I really don't think you need to pay to park your car
Margaritaville is Beautiful I had a great time this place is amazing I Plan to keep going very often to this beautiful outstanding place I really Loved it !!!!!������
The deluxe ocean view rooms are crappy. I don't want to look at old motels. Then the bathroom walls are banged up and paint is peeling off of them. The rooms I saw online had no bath tubs just a shower and this room has a gross bath tub. For the money, just not worth it. I think I'll stick with the Westin for now on.

The food was good, but the service SUCKED. We had a large party but that does not warrant waiting 30 minutes for drinks and 80 minutes for food. And our appetizers came along with our entrees, which defeats the purpose of ordering an appetizer. We are visiting from Georgia and thought this would be a fun place to take the kids after a long morning at the beach. They were tired and starving because they had to wait so long. We live in WPB and were super excited to spend my birthday weekend at this resort. Wow, the customer service is absolutely non-existent for starters. The 2 guys and two girls at the front desk on 6/25 at 3:30 pm didn't give 2 squats about us. We felt that we were a bother. They were so busy talking among themselves that we were not given the proper towel cards. WHOEVER THE GENERAL MANAGER IS SHOULD BE FIRED. Next morning was a horror.
