Excellent Customer service, the hotel in general is beautiful, clean, our room was nice with a view.. The pool was amazing, loved the environment, food and music. Best hotel so far in Hollywood. �
Been there two times first time we waited for 30 minutes and never got waited on. This time 15 minutes with the same result. Not going back.

I was in Florida last summer visiting friends and went and spent a day at Margaritaville. I had a great time. I just booked another trip to Florida and told my friends No. 1 priority...must go back to Margaritaville!
It is stunningly beautiful. Kids love the pool with the slide and enjoyed the kids club with Nick. Wait service on the beach is great. Mitch was friendly and fast. Pools all close way too early. Service at restaurant was slow and they brought my husband a 12 oz beer when the menu and price said 16oz. Liked the pizza restaurant across the street much better.
