We had a great time! The kids love the kids club (thank you Jennifer and nick ) The service at the coffee shop was great(thank you Natalia for an amazing service and coffee)❤️ The "flow rider" was an exiting adventure for my kids. We will definitely come again🙏
This place is everything a beach resort should be. The staff is amazing, from the front desk, bell hops, concierge, restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops, activities personnel, waiters, bartenders, housekeeping, spa, the customer service goes above and beyond, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and extremely quiet. I can't wait to enjoy another vacation here.
My criticism below as nothing to do with the resort or any of the restaurants within the resort this only has to do with the bar on the bay 5 o'clock somewhere. We have been through restaurants and resort in the steakhouse which are all excellent. Service was a little understaffed and the manager was very very nice but read my criticism below. The resort was beautiful, pool service wonderful, beach service outstanding, valet the worst I've ever experienced. They couldn't find my car and the manager said maybe we can get it soon. I am writing a letter to the general manager of this resort.

Everything is great about this place, the beach, restaurant, shops, and entertainment but the parking is just way too expensive.
I have stayed several times now. It it definitely not worth the money spent. The customer service is mediocre. The food is ok the service is extremely slow in the restaurants. I stay for convenience to see my family. I am blown away at the prices vs service. Do think I will be staying other places from now on.

From the moment we walked in to the time we left we were greeted graciously and given the best service. We will definitely come back!!! Just amazing.
