At the Shell Stage in needs of Chairs or Benches...like it was before...but overall it looks amazing

My family and I had a great weekend here. Second time here and it was as great as the last time. Food is a little pricey but besides that it's a great time!

A GREAT vacation, close to lots of food... the room was amazing... softest pillow/bed EVER!! The only hiccup was the amount to pay for parking... however that is not reason to knock it from a 5 to a 4 star!!
Paid for ocean view room and need to get out of room to see the ocean, paid for wheelchair accessible room and got one with no shower bar nor chair. Had to wait until next day for service. Room delivered 2 hours late and they never called. Very unpleasant people at front desk.
Had a fabulous day at Margaritaville Hollywood Florida. Amazing atmosphere !!!
This is a beautiful resort but the complete lack of customer service truly is astounding. Most of the staff if very unprofessional. We went to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday and when I booked the reservation I was told it would be no problem to get adjoining rooms with my in laws as we have a young child that we were traveling with. When we arrived the young girl at the front desk told us they had no adjoining rooms in the resort which was a lie because my in laws had an adjoining room with a stranger.
