The pool and beach area are beautiful. Room is well appointed and beds are firm. Waitress service at the beach was abysmal and we finally gave up and went to the pool area. Service at the pool was better but not great. We just went to bar to get our own drinks and snacks. Rooms are expensive and the price when you add the resort fee and $35 parking is alot. I live in Florida and honestly do not know if i would choose this place again.
This hotel over all is so nice , the bed is so hard my back was hurting the entire stay ! I think they need to upgrade the beds for this expensive rate of $1500 for 4 nights ! Also least include 2 nights of free breakfast ! Other than that pools are great ! And it's a step from the beach !
While the hotel & amenities are nice. They pride themselves on being clean...I've never seen a dirtier beach! Seaweed so thick it was to large to step over for kids..beer .bottle caps (metal) plastic bottle caps, cigarette butts galore! Last but not least needles-syringe & pipe! No lie! The hotel calls it 100% smoke free however there were butts all over the grounds out and around the pools! The restaurants prices were just ridiculous...$85 for 2 adults and 1 child for breakfast! Absolutely breathtaking!!! I loved everything about this resort and the staff was so pleasant. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous.... definitely recommend the Paradise Ocean Front Room.
Amazing! Music and entertainment was great. Atmosphere was wonderful.

Loved this resort! A bit pricey, but it is the best resort in Hollywood Beach in my opinion!
