Fist time visit, the Chips and Dips were great. The "Perfect Margarita" was very good. I'm no Margarita expert, but I was surprised when it was served in a 10 oz clear plastic cup. However, they have a much larger small "Blender" shaped container at $19: which you can get refills for $13. I was at the Land Shark Bar so I could hear the performance from the Hollywood Beach theater stage. Disappointed, adult pool is so dirty that if you touch the edges your hands come out greasy. Told them on Sunday and today Friday had to talk to the manager. I have lots of pics of the crust and hair in the pool but was only able to post one. Lauren in the concierge desk, not a good attitude at all she's the one I asked to speak to the manager she wanted to know what was about and I told her about the pool so she told me I can go out back and talk to the recreation manager. IT WAS AMAZING............................................
We had the most relaxing time at the resort. Kids and parents were both very happy! Can't wait to come back.
I really did like the hotel. Rooms are pretty and the kids had an amazing time. The only thing I'd say is the restaurant- margaritaville itself was not good service. We got to our table for dinner at 7pm and didn't get out of there till 9pm. We talked to the dining manager twice and he really didn't say much. So pretty disappointed with that. I have little kids so it was no fun waiting an hour for food and another 30 min for a check. Big bummer there.

Loved it! Had a great experience really nice place to go and get your mind off of things.
