Great atmosphere, nice wait staff and good food!!!
I love the coffee shop and Margaritaville the coffee rocks. I love the fact that they put the music shows on in the evenings from 7 to 9 and it's fun to watch the Surfers in the front of the hotel or by the boardwalk I enjoy that as well.
Landshark Restaurant service was horrible. Even the manager was confused...fun place but seriously worst service ever...but at least they did it with a " I don't care smile" ugh

The Hotel itself is awesome. The beds not so much. Very disappointed in having to pay $30 self park or $35 valet per day as a hotel guest. The pool service is slow takes a long time to get drinks and food from waiters unless you go to bar and they did not have enough help way too long to wait . The flow rider costs $30 for hotel guests which is so bad. Come on Jimmy I think what your guests pay per night you can afford to let them park and ride for free! I typically love Margaritaville Restaurants. This one however, is the worst I've ever visited. To begin we find ourselves is this horrible parking garage which goes on forever and realize it's $4.00/hour to park. Once in the restaurant it is great atmosphere as usual. We are seated at a table with two different bar stools and my legs are crushed the entire time we are dining. Our waitress takes our drink and food order and both were delivered. The atmosphere is great. The lobby area is spacious and inviting. The rooms are very used and dirty. There needs to be much better maintenance and this establishment or soon no one will want to stay here. The bathroom floors are so dirty and the handle was hanging off the door. You know housekeeping had to see that everyday! The pools are nice however the process to get your bracelet and towels is very slow. Needs a system rework on that.
