The most awesome experience of the Summer for all ages.
My BFF and I take regular staycations around the South Florida area... Most resorts tend to leave quite a bit lacking... but Margaritaville is not MOST resorts! We were impressed from the moment we drove up until the time we departed. The friendly and helpful staff was at the very top of the list! Stopped in to eat on our last night after walking the boardwalk. Was approximately 20 minutes before we ordered, had to wave down a hostess to get us water and had to go to the bar to get a soda refill. Took an hour to just get our food, the fried foods tasted burnt. Talked with manager found out our waiter was new but only had 3 tables two of those tables sat 2 people. Had a great time this weekend. Room was clean w/great amenities. We valet parked but you don't have to. There is a large multi story parking garage attached to the hotel that is reasonable. Food was very good & service was good, however, some of the bartenders could use a refresher course in customer service. We did not go on the beach but with Hurricane Irma just having gone thru, we could see there was still some beach cleanup to be done.

2nd year attending the YMCA Ball. Friendly staff serving drinks hors d'oeuvres.
Looks are fancy nothing as good as nicks when it comes to food and drinks .. they can't / won't make a Mojitos in the whole complex

Food was average, drinks were expensive, watered down. ....parking rate was ridiculous. If your are there for just lunch/dinner, they should validate your parking ticket. Pool area was average, seemed small for complex. Just because it is "margaritaville" doesnt mean u have to charge high prices. Hollywood beach area is older, not hip and trendy to charge such fees in that area. Wont go back.
