I’m a local and live two miles from the resort. This is a great place and I’ve recommended it to all my family and friends who’ve visited us in South Florida. My wife and I have rented rooms and pool cabanas for the weekends and all has been great. Amazing resort and service is flawless. On several occasions we’ve gone to the spa and utilized the pool and amenities which was a great benefit. All positive! Came to stay for my birthday weekend. Hotel is very nice. Staff on the other hand are rude. I signed up for your birthday club. Got a 5.00 off coupon when you spend $25.00. Of course the rude cashier in the store would not let me use it! Why not? That is exactly what it is to be used for. On merchandise!! We arrived to the hotel at 10pm. Hungry from our 4 hour ride we went to eat upstairs. I ordered the beach chips. They were the most disgusting thing I have eaten. Great place!! Absolutely wonderful atmosphere and ALL the staff was great...very polite and helpful. Restaurants were great and all staff there as well. I will definitely go back...hopefully soon. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Me and my family where there last month for almost one week the firs day i was taking a shower and the water wasn't draining my wife called front desk about the problem but nobody ever came to fix it so we had lie that i was afraid of high seems we were at the 17 floor we asked for a room on the 11 floor for been a expensive resort i would suggest to be more careful about the service other then that we have fun the rest of the days love the pool and the aesy access to the beach i will come back another day for sure
This was our favorite hangout with our favorite drinks when I worked down here. Now we are back for our 20th wedding anniversary! We're having a blast. The staff is great and you can't beat the atmosphere!

We had an amazing time here. Friendly front desk. Easy check-in process. Pool staff -- especially CJ, Eric, and Gina -- were amazing. Nice gym. Spa is great. I recommend Stephanie. We ate at all of the resort restaurants and had an amazing time interacting with the staff, bartenders, and bands. The child watch/activities people were super friendly and the kids loved the activities. Charles on the FlowRider totally made my 7 year old twins bday amazing.
