Cannot say enough good things about the facility, the food, drinks, service or anything else. All A+++!!! If you go to Margaritaville Restaurant there, have Rene wait on you. Truly one of the nicest, funniest, friendly and professional waiter I have ever had. Poolside, look for Lilly! She made it her mission to keep my bucket of beer iced and cold while I was in the pool. All the time NEVER neglecting another guests’ needs. AWESOME job by all!!!
Love the hotel..but the service is horrible! Every single time we ordered room service they messed up our order. Went to both of the restaurants here and waited for over a half hour just to get a water two out of three times, they also messed up our order! Also no microwave?! And pool closes at 6?! What a joke!

Took for ever to get waited on and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks.

Renee is the best waitress there! We had a beautiful experience tonight with her taking care of the party of seven that we had at our table.
