We have had the best time ever!!! We will be back in the summer when are busy season is over. The staff are SUPER Amazing can't say enough we love to travel and this was by far the best trip in a long time
The Volcano Nachos is perfect!!! Very good food and friendly staff
We stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights. We stayed in a one bedroom suite located on the 15th floor. It was on a corner that gave us the ocean view and the inter-coastal view. The balcony was HUGE and the suite was lovely with the beautiful beach-chic furniture. Bathroom and shower was very large. The service and food was excellent. Great spa too. we just returned from a 4 night stay and loved the resort! great location on the beach, family friendly, lots of food/entertainment options, boardwalk was nice! would definitely go back!
Food was awesome. The pina colada was not so good. The experience was great!

Sarah our waitress was awesome! The Manager was so good to us! He went over & above for us! We met one if the cook's he does a wonderful job..it was delicous!
My wife, daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Leanna at the License Chill bar greeted us on our first visit with a warm smile, firm handshake and a true interest in where we had traveled from. She remembered our names and made a real connection with us and by the time it was time to leave we traded contact info to stay in touch. Outstanding customer service for sure. Awesome venue! Great service! Bartenders were amazing! Can’t wait to return as a hotel guest!
Well the atmosphere and the view are totally over the top but it took 45 minutes to get our food, not very nice for first impression.
