The band there for the last 3 days suck and the food sucks too and except for Toco shack every "restaurant " sucks they all push pizza and a picher of beer for like 12 bucks I dont call it pizza I dont eat pizza on vacation on the boardwalk I go across the street to The Bakery good Italian food and danishes or Billys crab house and a really good burger place The Bathtub but it very popular seating is fast but 11/2 to wait for a burger see ya P.S i go in and out of these restaurants on a daily basis they need to do better way... read more

Hi Jeff - we'd greatly appreciate if you could provide us some context as to what you feel were the specific areas that our services did not meet your expectations. Just reading your review, we're not sure what Toco shack is (it's not one of the restaurants located within our resort), we don't have any pizza in any of our restaurants, and we also don't have any "pizza and pitcher of beer" specials. Could you please provide some additional details for us?
Overpriced mediocrity, extremely disappointed � Had dinner at their best restaurant and got a tiny piece of over cooked fish and under cooked risotto for $38. Key lime pie had a good filling but inedible graham cracker crust and 23 bucks for a Dewars rocks, really... I felt raped even more when I found out it was 35 dollars to valet park. Complete rip off

We had a wonderful dinner tonight at Margaritaville. The waiter was spot on and quick to interact with us, Jervoni was so much fun and I’m glad we had him as our waiter. Christopher the Manager was extremely welcoming with that friendly smile. Thank you both for making our experience a wonderful one. We will definitely be back to visit often.
I LOVED this resort! Only complaints---no private bathroom for the pool area. And we were missing our room service menu, I would have ordered some treats but sent the husband out for it. Had the best time here--both kids and adults!!!
It’s been a really great experience! The rooms are gorgeous. The views are beautiful. The pools are clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend coming here if you get the chance!
Great entertainment a nd cocktails. Parking was easy once we got there. Good service and food. I will return soon

Awful and non-existent service. When the food came, it was simply awful. One of us in our party had food poisoning. Don't be fooled by the lights, decor and location.
Best vacation my fiancé and I have ever had in our lives. We were supposed to leave on a Monday. Ended up cancelling our flight and checking back in until Wednesday! We cannot wait to come back! The staff was beyond accommodating and so nice. We love Margaritaville!
