The staff was amazing full of high energy and engagement. We had a great time and can’t wait to visit again soon. Our pool side servers were Ryan and Kelsey
I checked a few hours early... Im super nervous about hotels... When I checked in a beautiful lady assisted me.. Very Polite Very Nice she asked me for my credentials as i am a Travel Business Owner... When i checked into my room AMAZING.... It was so clean... I was shocked I didnt expect it to be this clean as Im still here.. Nice patio... I will recommend this hotel to my customers and clients... I will return this Summer with my Family ... Im very pleased....
The perfect resort with the best Margarita. The 11th floor pool bar is the best escape!
Great Hotel, food, beach, this place has it all year round!
We checked into this hotel a year ago in January. It was an amazing week! Loved everything about the place! They worked fast to get us a room rebooked after the airport was shut down! Gave us toiletries they could when we got there after having to leave everything in the airport! Sat down at the bar to have a drink after that horrible day. Love everything about it! So much fun and so much to do!
It was New Years Eve , and it was an horrible experience , we arrived at 9 pm for a 9.30 reservation and was told to wait at the bar , this was fine, at 9.30 pm we looked toward the reception desk and seen a long line of people , after trying desperately to talk to the ladies at the desk we were told we need to get in that line ,this was 9.50 , time passed and the line never moved, when I went back to the reception desk I was told they were waiting on tables to b set up ,this was 10.15 pm , at 1040 Pm I managed to talk with ... read more

What an awesome resort!!! We just love it! The lobby is amazing with its spacious area and beautiful beach decor . The overall customer service is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and willing to assist in any way. We need to give a special shout out to all the young men working the beach concession shack. My husband uses a wheelchair and they carried his chair every time we went back and forth to the beach. They showed genuine kindness.
