We had the best 4 night stay. The food and staff were great! Loved loved the spa day with my masseuse Sherry!!! Can't wait to come back next time with all our friends!!!
Horrible experience! I heard many talk about this place and decided to come. We sat at the table for over 30 mins to be served drinks. The waitress was playing disappearing acts throughout the visit. We had to hound her down for our check. And there was a service fee of 20$ just to sit at the table! The manager was not helpful and couldn’t explain why we had to pay 20$ per person on top of our food just to dine in. I will never come back

We enjoyed the most wonderful day yesterday at the Margaritaville hotel and resort on Hollywood Beach. My stepdaughter had a birthday party there so we took her and as we looked at the place we decided that we were going to stay and enjoy a beautiful Saturday with my wonderful fiancé. Great resort. Our room was facing the ocean and the view was breathtaking. Room was spacious and cozy. Room service was delicious. Customer service was on point and entire facility was spotless! Highly recommend.

We come down 3-4 times a year and it keeps getting better. Hotel is immaculate, food is great, and the drinks are curiously strong � But the people are extraordinary. Chloe at the activities desk, Alejandro and Andrew on the cabana crew, and Donny Ray makes sure the cup is never dry! We visited JWB last night and were served by Tom and Mitchell. First class service. Great team members and better people! Y’all got us hooked. #FinsUp Walls
As a huge parrot head, this place is heaven on earth! A lot of thought went into this resort! Just stopped in on my Florida road trip to grab a cheeseburger. Ate at landshark bar and grill and the meal and view was great! Staff was all very friendly! Great place! Will have to stay here in the future.
