FABULOUS enjoyed everything..food was fantastic!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place, however, yesterday, was not good. Waitress took 35 min to bring water-Our food came out first. Then.....when we asked for refills, she never came back. We literally had to ask the bus boy. Then the mgr finally brought our ticket after he saw us "looking around"! Did they apologize for us seeing our waitress 2 times in 1.5 hrs, nope! Everything was great!! The property is beautiful and well laid out. The Tiki bar across the street on the intercostal was perfect with the fire pit and live music. Highly recommend!!!
Fantastic hotel..... great atmosphere, clean, wide beach, so much activity, incredible view of intercostal and ocean from 15th floor, reasonable food and beverage pricing, beautifully appointed rooms, good customer service and an overall awesome vacation for our family of 4. We couldn’t be more pleased about our stay and plan to come back soon!
Service could not have been worse. No one was in there except for at the bar and the couldn't serve dinner in nearly 2 hours. They blamed it on a party that had been there a few hours earlier. Lame. We left and went else where.

We had drinks at the Tiki bar, the bartender was great and the drinks were good!
We only ate at one of the restaurants there "Margaritaville" and also had couple margaritas there as well. Excellent food and drinks, excellent service, awesome hotel lobby. My problem and the only reason i won't give 5 stars is the $4/hr to park your car in there garage. I think they should comp your parking if your there spending your hard earned cash already. The additional parking fee is a reason i might choose to eat somewhere else
Service kicked ass... If you tip properly , people will be glad to help you- if you roll into any establishment and think people are falling over to help you- your comical. Christmas here was perfect!
