Mom had respite for 4 weeks at Hollywood she thoroughly enjoyed it,the staff were very pleasant and courteous would highly recommend
My Mother was residing in this Nursing home for Five months last year until November 2024. She was always a woman of pride and respect. The owners of this home betrayed her dignity after her demise by degrading her trust. Her final payment of £4000 was paid in full, and an error was made and the home recieved another £4000 a few days later. My family has tried numerous attempts to retrieve this payment but to no avail. People be aware of this home for your loved ones needs.
Icould not recommend . I am talking from experience after losing my mother here last November. 8 months later we have still not received £4k that my family are still owed . I will not hesitate to start legal proceedings if this is not sorted very soon. The only plus point I can add is the carers are lovely .
One star, as cannot use zero!. Please be warned. My husband sent his Mother there. She was there June - November 2023. Due to a banking error, the fee for November was taken twice. The Owners owe him £4000. Included in this amount is the sum of £120 (her pocket money). It is now July 2024, and they still have not refunded this money. All attempts made by my husband and his Solicitors to get in touch with the Owners have failed.
