I’ve worked in the care industry for about 10 years now I also have moved around a lot when I found Hollymede Cottage I just knew I had found the place I wanted to work the residence and stuff immediately made me feel part of the family because that’s what it is a family I don’t think I have ever laughed so much at work I honestly feel like this is the best place to work as it only has 14 rooms you get to know each and everyone I love going to work so thank you Hollymede Cottage
My Mum lived at Hollymede before she died of breast cancer & Alzheimer's. Julie and the team were amazing. Mum had some of the happiest times there and was cared for with such love and affection. Painting, gardening, cooking, chatting with new friends & dancing were part of her life. If you are lucky enough to get a relative placed here then you are blessed.

My Great Aunt is being looked after here as she has dementia. The staff are fantastic.
