Nice atmosphere, good quality clothes and friendly staff. Only criticism is I found it difficult knowing which fitting rooms were occupied and which weren’t

what a horrible experience with the blck guy ! his customer service is not servicing at all ! ive been a customer for Hollister more than 10 yrs but my experience today is embarrassing!!!
Adoreee their loungewear <3 Staff were sweet and polite every time i've been. Only two changing rooms though! UPDATE: The top button of my striped pyjama pants fell off after one wear, so note that quality isn't great :( UPDATE 2: They recently opened a new store in bullring with way more changing rooms than their Gilly Hicks street store :)
Didn’t have the size i wanted and a member of staff said they had it online. They then ordered it for me and it was a completely different item of clothing to what i wanted. Poor customer service
