Adoreee their loungewear <3 Staff were sweet and polite every time i've been. Only two changing rooms though! UPDATE: The top button of my striped pyjama pants fell off after one wear, so note that quality isn't great :( UPDATE 2: They recently opened a new store in bullring with way more changing rooms than their Gilly Hicks street store :)
Didn’t have the size i wanted and a member of staff said they had it online. They then ordered it for me and it was a completely different item of clothing to what i wanted. Poor customer service
I was having difficulty ordering two items online to be click and collected and went into the store this afternoon to ask for some advice. I met Zain who went above and beyond to help my query and managed to get the items that I wanted to be home delivered rather than having to come back another day to get them. A massive thank you to him, he was very kind and patient and definitely deserves to be recognised for his lovely customer service!!
I went there recently and it was such a nice experience, the store was really organised and the people who work there were really friendly too.
