Rude staff and terrible customer service, went to the till to ask if they had a product and showed them a picture of it on my phone and one of the staff/managers with blonde hair in a slick-back bun and white T-shirt just snatched my phone then told me “No” quite rudely. When I had more questions she rolled her eyes and started talking to me in the most condescending tone like I was a young child. My kids and I really like the brand but will not be shopping at this store again.

Me and my boyfriend shop in the Hollister Watford store very often. We find the staff very polite and helpful. Considering the staff are young they give better customer service than some of the surrounding stores. Today I saw a grown woman rudely sit on top of one of the clothing stands right on top of the clothes for sale! The young employee came over and politely asked her if she wanted a chair. No queue, not that busy. Why would anyone buy clothes lying on the floor for prolonged period of time. Piles blocking one of the "pathways" to navigate the shop. Five members of staff and plenty of tripping hazards around.
