I love hollister! The clothing is super high quality and its so pretty! I have bought so much from here and will definitely be either ordering more or buying it straight from the store!
absolutely awful experience, changing rooms are extremely tight and you can barely move around in them. staff were nothing but unhelpful. not only that, but not a single pair of xs or smalls were in stock unless they were on the mannequins, and obviously enough you cant take the clothes off of them. as somebody who lost a ton of weight and used to be a medium/large i am baffled by how little xs and s there were as i was so used to only finding them a year ago. definitely recommend milton keynes instead, far better.
The best customer service I’ve ever received. I didn’t catch the lady’s name and I couldn’t find her before I left!, but I was in the store with my young son and she took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, despite it being extremely busy. Her help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free for both me and my son.
Blown away by the customer service. Gemma was amazing, on a busy 23rd Dec pre xmas shopping day she went to the extra effort to search for the single item which was out of stock every where, matching my shopping list in a delivery of multiple boxes. Thank you, much appreciated.
