We phoned for initial enquiries with reservations due to their CQC report, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. We were told to ring back on 2 different occasions in order to speak to the manager, on the final xall we were told she was out of the office and then when we said it was our third time ringing she went to get her. Found them to be inconsistent with information, stating she couldn't have visitors and then said that she could.
