Absolutely fantastic service. From start to finish the guys and girls at HAB have looked after me. My car was back within a couple of weeks all repaired and clean. Nothing was too much trouble and they seem like genuine normal people to deal with. They kept their word and kept me informed all the way through the repair. My car is now like triggers broom … all original apart from the boot, the rear bumper … great local service.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They could have killed us These guys are cowboys and are a disgrace to the profession an utter joke They replaced my 2 front wheels and didn’t tighten the wheel nuts correctly. This caused the wheels to wobble until one came off 2 days later ripping the nuts off as it wobbled. So lucky it wasn’t at high speed otherwise they would have killed me and my son with their utter incompetence. Lady in reception was incredibly rude, telling me I ‘should be more grateful’ . My car went in via insurance. Car was subsequently written off due to damage. Hollys did not keep me updated with when the car was being collected and therefore has gone with multiple personal items and my private number plate which I’m now having to purchase back from the insurance as they now technically own the plate. Excellent company kept us informed of what was happening delivered courtesy car on trailer and took mine away as insurance said not to drive my car. The work was done quick but was 100% I would definitely recommend this company and if need work done again would definitely go back.
