George has been brilliant with helping to reduce a long term back injury. He’s not only helped during the sessions but given me the tools to manage it myself so I’m not forever reliant on treatment. He is understanding and been very flexible. I would advise George to anyone wanting to recover from injury.

I came to visit George when I had a flair of my sciatica due to a previous disc herniation in my lower back. George is professional, personable and knowledgeable. George gave me useful exercises and general care advice to help reduce acute flair ups as well as management advice if a relapse occurs again. I would definitely visit George again if I had any future problems and I would highly recommend Holland Osteopathy to anyone with potential musculoskeletal issues.
Excellent service very friendly
I attended George’s practice with sacroiliac joint pain that had been bothering me for a number of years. After 5 weekly appointments and guidance from George for daily strengthening exercises my sacroiliac joint pain was gone. I would highly recommend George for any sporting injuries!
