The location was pretty. I chose to experience the sound bath in a hammock, I was nervous because as a small, chunky girl I was scared it would crumple and tear beneath my ample butt or that I wouldn't be able to get in or out of it. After a quick message I was reassured that the hammocks would hold up to 27(!)stone and that people would be there to help me in and out. So I went today and everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Within a few minute's I was cocooned in a hammock, incredibly cosy with a big blanket.... read more
