Wow - I’ve just had the pleasure of trying Kate’s Infared sauna, followed by a therapeutic massage. It was pure bliss. From start to finish the whole experience was calm, relaxing and so warm and cosy, perfect for this time of year. And I felt amazing afterwards - highly recommended!
