I will never recommend buying from Holiday World RV. On Saturday I went to my local Holiday World to look at a camper with my parents. My sales person Diego was great, and between 3 campers I decided on one of them. The deal was $2,000 down, plus the hookups and sway bar installed on my truck. Diego suggests putting $1,000 down now but reassured me it was refundable. Later I get a phone call from one of their finance guys-Chris. Well after buying their top of the line Class A diesel pusher. My new 2023 spend just over 3 months in their service department having one thing after another repaired. From toilets that don’t flush not even after they already fixed them the first time to trim falling off to fans not working, I can go on and on all the little stuff that should have never been an issue. Buyer BEWARE. Bought new 2023 motorhome from the Katy store. Identified that the entry door lock didn't work correctly and only 1 ignition key worked. They said they would send me the replacement door lock, and I should go to a Ford dealer and get a key made and they would reimburse me. 2 months later no replacement lock and no reimbursement for the $180.00 ignition key and programming it to the motorhome. They won't answer my emails or respond to my calls.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE GARBAGE COMPANY. PURCHASED A $300k RENEGADE RV FROM HOLIDAY WORLD. Absolutely zero customer service. THE $300k piece of yard art worked from about 1 month then it suffered catastrophic engine/transmission failure. It has been sitting 500 miles away in Alabama for 7 MONTHS. Renegade refuses to fix it, HOLIDAY WORLD refuses to give me back my money. Had to get a lawyer to try and get this resolved. Never again will I ever set foot on a Holiday World lot! Had my motor home in Willis, TX. 7 months and very little was done. Then was asked to come get it off their lot before the end of December so it wasn't in their possession at years end. Repairs still are not complete.
Their Airstream customer service is awful. I have been trying to get the a/c on my 2022 Globetrotter repaired since May, and it is still not fixed and no end date in sight. I will never buy here again or rely on this dealership for service.
If your going to buy from them be sure and check the real value of the unit first. We purchased 11 months ago and now trying to get back into a fifth wheel as the motorhome is not working for us as full timers. It seems they choose to over price that one by 110,000. now I am stuck in one that is not even close to being the price I am paying for it. Highly disappointed in customer service. We arrive to look at a new travel trailer. We decided that we liked one and put a 1500 deposit down to hold onto the trailer until the purchase deal was complete. We spoke with finance who had us sign a purchase agreement but did not show us the back of the agreement instead just showed us what we wanted to see. In May of 2021 I purchased a Springdale 32Th toy hauler from Holiday World with expected delivery in July. We signed an agreement with a $3500.00 deposit with balance due by cashiers check on delivery. I received a phone call about two weeks later by a different salesperson than my original stating that they probably would not be able to make the delivery date while trying to sell me a used trailer that did not meet my requirements.
