My daughter and I had a great time! The pool with the slides and the indoor and outdoor lazy river was great. The beach was very clean. The location was perfect! Away from the congestion, but close enough to walk or take the trolly (which had a stop right out front of the hotel) the staff smiled all the time, the kids room was great and the girls running it for the weekend (savanna and Anna) were beyond sweet to my daughter and were very helpful with ideas on where to visit while there. Even though the room we reserved was not what we got upon arrival, we were compensated fairly. This hotel is perfect for families with small children.
Loved it. Stayed here a few years ago, and it’s still fantastic. Great for a quick get-away. Love the rooms, love the beds (we stayed in oceanfront room). The bathrooms were large and had excellent water pressure. “The Isle Of Capri” Restaurant was awesome. The “Square Whale” was better than average- good, quick sandwiches & such for lunch. Great location & pools - lazy river was closed for maintenance during our stay, and we skipped breakfast, but had coffee in the Keurigs in our rooms.
My family of 5 got stranded here during a blizzard. Between meeting other families in the laundry room to feeding turtles in the drop-off child care, my kids did not even come close to doing everything they wanted during our for days trapped indoors.
