Great IHG Branch. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Two places to eat inside the hotel. Basically has three different pools to use. A movie theater, kids area, gym. Management has it going on here. Ocean views from every room I think. BatesX3
So far so great! I must say, we had a few problems but the staff took care if them RIGHT away. And made sure we enjoyed our stay! I really really like this place. ALOt!
This is our home away from home...love the service ..the rooms ..and all of the pools...it also has the world's best bartender..David Hunter who remembers us by name...
The 3 pools are gourgeous, but the wrist bands are annoying. Our room was nice, the elevators are so slow, hallways are not air conditioned, they dont clean your room before 5pm at least. The food is expensive, we chose to never eat on site. I am not sure I would stay here again.
It's an amazing hotel. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The three pools are great for kids, and the one overlooking the ocean is usually free enough of kids to be enjoyable for adults. The outdoor lazy river is pretty fast so it's fun, and a good workout to swim against. If the weathers bad, the indoor pool has grottos and waterfalls and its own lazy river.
