Nice rooms. More of a private location. Very family friendly
We booked our room three days before the Memorial Day weekend. We are IHG rewards members and they guaranteed a room for us. We booked a queen poolside room, when we checked in the manager had upgraded our reservations to a one bedroom suite. I didn't even request these accommodations. The manager gave the boys free breakfast, lunch amd dinner passes and adults free breakfast. We requested a roll away bed, but they ran out. The manager credit my card $150.00. Wow! It is at the start of the beach walkway and quite. Dated building, rooms, and the elevator is slow or they need more of them. Great staff and view is outstanding. I'd recommend it and stay again.
We are here with a group. I called ahead of time and asked questions and even made sure to inform them we were coming with this group and our rooms were already paid for and reserved. We are on a tight budget and don't have money to go out to eat every day and I'm pretty upset that this hotel has a breakfast buffet that is free for kids UNLESS you are on a group rate.
