Stay at this hotel for the second time for a conference. Staff was wonderful--front desk, bellman & maids. Loved the views from the fifth floor balcony. And the Isle of Capri Resturant in the hotel is has great spaghetti. Can't wait to come back next year.
It's was pretty the elevators didn't really work all weekend they where slow one got stuck open and another was shutdown. The housekeepers didn't clean all the rooms right we had over 50 guest with us some had to switch rooms because their rooms where dirty other than that it was ok
This is on of my favorite hotel in the oceanfront. Great view of the beach in the ocean view suites. Back patio door was stuck. But staff quickly fixed the problem. Breakfast is always my favorite We've celebrated many birthdays here. Thank you
Had a great time there for a long weekend vacation. From check in to check out, the staff was professional, courteous, and made my 5 year old feel welcome. The view of the ocean was amazing, and we were able to start every morning by watching dolphins while standing on our balcony. The inside pool was so fun and different! My daughter loves being able to touch the bottom, play in the "caves", and swim in the lazy river. I loved that it was 85*!
We arrived (for a conference being held at the hotel) a few days after Hurricane Matthew and were not sure what to expect.When we got there everything looked pretty much put back together. The staff was professional, friendly and super accommodating to the over 125 guests that were also there for the conference. We could not have asked for a better location (right on the boardwalk & ocean views) or a better hotel to have stayed in. We will definitely return.
Great view from the room. The staff is very nice. The TV does not work, the plaster is falling off the ceiling and the furniture is retro 50 s and pretty much worn out and needs replacing
