RecommendedI love the rooms the location.
OMG! This is the worst experience of my life and I just got here! 1. I didn’t get s direct ocean view as promised. 2. They over charged my credit card by $400 and said they can’t do anything until tomorrow, possibly Monday. 3. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water and I’m still waiting to get that fixed. 4. I had to call the front desk numerous times for service and they were rude like I was inconveniencing them. I am ready to leave and what else will happen before

Everything was exceptional! the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home for our stay! The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. We will definitely be visiting again in the future! And I cant forget Tink and Tonka! our kids loved them!

It is very very fun and when the sun sets it is very cool and the beach and the sand are very enjoyable😍😘 hope to see you all again soon on summer 🏖
we are having a wonderful time ! great staff the restaurant on site is fabulous; manager Justin and his staff Kim, Dakota (just to name a few) the bar side restaurant staff and food are also great! steps to the ocean .....what more can you ask for? thank you Holiday Inn !
Outstanding stay here!! Will definitely return for another stay. Highly recommend for families. Great pools indoor & out, movie theater, kids fun place, Tink & Tonka resident tortoises! Great access to the beach! The 3 restaurants were delicious and fantastic service. Maddy,the manager & kitchen staff of the Square Whale are absolutely wonderful, even when super busy and low on staff they rocked it! Professional, polite service all around, your employees like their job. Says a lot about the staff, company & management!
