I check in last night. I got up this morning had no tp not coffee cups. But the manager did take care of everything this morning.

We loved the pool and camped there pretty much our entire recent stay. Definitely get there as the pool opens if you want lounge chairs and an umbrella. They go quick!! The square whale poolside bar has great food while dining poolside, not a fan of the drinks. Typical beach prices but no alcohol. Hotel room beds need to be updated. King sized bed was pretty firm and left me with a sore back. The sleeper sofa wasn’t even able to be slept on it was so awful. And it didn’t even come with linens. We totally LOVED our time at HI north beach!! Everyone was so kind, the room was clean, the view was beyond gorgeous — everything was beyond our expectations (especially with COVID-19 going on)! We rarely even noticed the pandemic and truly enjoyed our vacation! If you’re going to be in the area we highly recommend it!!!!!!!!
I had a nice experience at the hotel until I realized although I booked through a third party the hotel authorized my card for the full amount of the stay. I checked out on June 25th and was assured that the money would be refunded by the next day. The next day I called because my money was still held and I was told the period can take 2-3 business days. Upon calling today June 29th (at this point $411.40 has been held off my card since I checked in on June 23rd) I was told I may have to wait up to 5 additional business days... read more

Canceled a reservation well within the cancellation period and they told me I would have my refund for the funds they held in 7-14 days. It is now day 17 and I haven’t gotten a refund. Every person I speak to has a different excuse as to why they haven’t refunded me. I want my $300. My next step will be to contact my attorney.
