Nice view of the beach !!
Undisclosed fees, black coming out of vents, staff did not issue meal vouchers, balcony doors wouldn't open, generators running, movies skip in theater, we just walked out (it got ridiculous going to the front desk) I travel 5/6 times a year and almost checked out a day early.

What a great experience ! We have stayed in many hotels in VA beach and this one is by far the best ! The staff was incredibly helpful (Leslie and Kenna ), other staff members as well were so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless ! The breakfast was phenomenal along with the indoor pool/lazy river . My kids absolutely had the best time thanks to all of the amenities and staff. This is the place to be. We enjoy ourselves every time we arrive. A place you must visit and book a suite. Great people and wonderful restaurants.
Location, location, location: I have stayed at a lot of hotels at VA Beach and this was my personal favorite. The room was clean and quite nice, the pools were wonderful! You cannot beat the location! The only thing you to do is touch up a few cosmetic items throughout the hotel, the walls, paint touch up etc. We will definitely be back!
