Never known anything like it... Over a week to get a prescription, computers always down and then when you eventually order it they have no record of it so have to re order. My partner has gone without his heart tablets for 4 days now
Twice, over an hour each time, all I heard was "thank you for holding, one of our team will be with you shortly".. I'll be missing that appointment I've been trying to move then, will I?
