Hold Self Storage was a great choice: the perfect size of storage for the fair price. And something more, often forgotten, the friendly service! What you don’t normally find in other storage companies. Warmly suggested for parking your stuff.

Seamless experience communicating with the team on-site. Dan picked up my initial enquiry and was really helpful. When we went along to sign up he and the rest of the team were brilliant. Hold is technology driven which makes access / sign up process super simple. Highly recommend.

The team's awesome, big ups to Armeet and James – thanks for all your help checking me in! That alone shows you're dealing with pros who've been around the block and really care about making things easy for you. The facilities are top-notch – the whole place is spotless! Security's great but not intrusive. There are two off-street unloading bays you wouldn't see from the road. 24/7 access if you need it – just ask. Handy app too. They even supply boxes and tape! So glad I chose you guys.

The gentlemen in reception, should take some classes in how to talk to, and approach people, really rude and unprofessional,if you are picking up something from here forget it they will not try and be helpful at all All The contrary,even if the customer left something to pick up and you' have proof photos with name off box quantity ECT they make things so complicated that I refused to pick up any deliveries from this joke of a place, now I understand why you'll be always in the same place at the same level, thanks for your u... read more
