Mike and Dawn have been absolutely incredible. We are in the process of selling our home and purchasing a much larger property with land in north Wales and we just cannot fault them. Used to be a great solicitors under the late Peter Holbrook (RIP). Now rude, obnoxious and unproffesional. If you need a Conveyancer, use a modern digital company. In my view avoid.
Initially, I struggled to get updates, and my emails went unanswered for three weeks. After posting a review, they responded and clarified the situation. Communication has since improved, and I hope the process continues smoothly.
Opted to use Holbrook and Co to help with buying my first home based on a recommendation and was not disappointed!! Mark, Liz and Debbie were all amazing to deal with and made the process a dream. They turned round responses very promptly and were extremely responsive. Would highly recommend Holbrook and wouldn’t hesitate using them again!
