July 25. Noticeable improvement in the services provided in Holbrook and the staff are now more approachable and helpful. Clearly the medical team are under considerable pressure and this is still not the standard of care a GP surgery provided 10 years ago. Original: Insufficient doctors and nurses to provide adequate access to appointments. Reception is difficult to get past.
Such helpful staff, we are very lucky on the peninsula to have two such good surgeries. Thank you.
Finally Dr d'souza is a partner of a fantastic Doctor's surgery. His professionalism is second to none. I am so glad I changed from capel st Mary to Holbrook. So far no problems and if this changes so will my review 😊
